The groups start designing a Power Point presentation by retrieving data from the nutrition database.
Then they take it in turns to present their findings to the rest of the class.
Finally, it is important to publish your presentations to the school community by uploading them on the school blog with the help of the administrator of the blog.

It is recommended to use the 100 grams serving size as the standard for all your food labels. In the case of fruits you can use 1 whole fruit as the standard serving size.
