Now you have gathered all the necessary information about the trip, you should go on working in groups and cooperate in order to design your own Power Point presentation. Try to embed any photographs, videos or other information that will make your choice more attractive and so eligible as a destination. Make your ideas and suggestions clear. A well defined proposal will also help you later while presenting it. You can ask your teacher's or your peers' help if you face any problem with the presentations.  

Step 2 (20')

It is time to present your choices to your peers and teachers who are going to decide later on about the destination. So try to be as illustrative as possible. The decision is based on the photos or videos you are going to present, the low budget you can ensure and the interesting events and sights you can suggest visiting. Don't forget to use reasonable arguments, correct English grammar and syntax along with the appropriate vocabulary. The final result in your presentation should have the format of a travel schedule giving details for every day of the trip.

Step 3 (5')

 Finally, you should create the official travel programme voted by your peers in order to send it to the foreign authorities of your destination because, according to the legislation, they should be aware of every part or your visit. The same programme will be uploaded on your school website. You can use any word processor for the writing.You will also be asked to give an evaluation of the product and your learning process by using the Evaluation Page (Worksheet 1). This page can be filled in at home and be handed in to your teacher later.
