Activity one

Each team has to perform a different task referring to the painting Starry night using their computers. The blue team has to write on their computers what they see , the yellow team has to write down what they think and feel and the grey team what they want to know looking at the specific painting.Then the representative of each team presents the ideas of his/her team to the whole class by projecting them on the board. Activity two

The students are asked to visit a different website in order to perform different tasks. They are free to use the on-line english dictionary. Each team has to create a different tree diagram on their computers like the one attached.(Φύλλο Εργασίας 2)  The grey team has to form a tree diagram concerning Van Gogh’s life. The yellow team has to form a tree diagram concerning impressionism. The blue team has to form a tree diagram concerning the painting Starry Night. When they are ready they should appoint a representative (not the same person as in the previous activity) to present their work to the rest of the class using a projector .

Activity three

Students listen to a song about the painting and then they fill in the gaps. (Listening comprehension)

Activity four

Students have to perform different tasks like, choosing the correct answers or gap filling.
