In the beginning of the 3rd phase students are motivated with a video and a photo for a debate on the following topic: " Where do the Parthenon Marbles belong?" The video is of the British Museum on Room 18 where the Parthenon Marbles are kept.Besides the information it provides, it indirectly states the reasons why the marbles should stay in Britain.For a better understanding the video is enriched with interactive tools. Melina's photo that follows and a small part of her speech on the return of the marbles expresses the opinion of the Greek side.

A debate is instigated and the students are now divided in two groups. The first represents the British side and the second represents the Greek side. The students of each group are asked to work on the arguments and how they will support them for 15 minutes and then the debate starts with the teacher and a small group of students contacting it. The whole processs is being  filmed for later use. The video will be presented to another class who will play the role of a decision making board and vote for the winning side-team after watching the debate.
